Having been a resident of Banks Peninsula for over sixty years now, and being a fifth generation Marshall of Little Akaloa I have seen many changes on the Peninsula. Many of the old folk who could have assisted me in my quest to document the "Forgotten Buildings of Banks Peninsula" have passed on so there will be many gaps in what I can do but my passion for photography is finding purpose in this project which will be on going. So, as and when I get more information and images I will continue to update it. I hope you get as much enjoyment from viewing it as I have had putting it together. I have reached out to many people, some I have not previously known and received so much assistance for which I am extremely grateful.
